Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you're not happy, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Phoenixwings Hosting Services

  • Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Pro-rated refunds for service cancellations after 7 days
  • Service credit for verified downtime exceeding our SLA
  • No refund for services terminated due to policy violations

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team via Discord or email
  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund
  3. Allow up to 48 hours for review and approval
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Processing Time

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency refunds: Case-by-case basis

Service Credits

For service interruptions that don't meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee, we provide service credits:

  • 1 day credit for every 4 hours of unplanned downtime
  • Credits are automatically applied to your next billing cycle
  • Maximum credit per month: 100% of monthly service fee
  • Credits expire after 12 months if unused

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees and one-time charges
  • Domain registration fees
  • Third-party software licenses
  • Services used for more than 30 days
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Custom development work
